My work is inspired by observations of the natural world; its forms, textures, colours, shapes and intricacies.  I enjoy working with a range of materials, creating highly detailed observational drawings, abstract colour field paintings, sculptural forms and objects. Always striving for an elegant and simple aesthetic, I draw on references from art, design, interiors and fashion.

I live and work in Kinjarling/Albany, WA. Studio visits can be arranged by appointment.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion and Textiles, and a Graduate Diploma of Education in Visual Arts Education. I work part-time teaching Visual Arts at Parklands Primary School.

A corner of the studio. Not sure what the plan is at this stage... but I need to have everything up and on the wall.
I really enjoy experimenting with lime wash, which is a completely natural and non toxic paint made from clay, minerals and natural pigments. The finish is slightly chalky and somewhat unpredictable, but I am slowly getting a handle on it now. ​​​​​​
These originals are currently hanging in @sadesigncollective. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ I really like the simplicity of these works 🥀 I was experimenting with the humble line. They are ink on paper and framed with a thick matting.
